Look at that A+ social distancing! Bran must be important, when they saw him with a camera everyone got in line.
I’ve been coming across the terms seismic building codes, and I’m probably oversimplifying by wondering: does that mean newer developments (like Capital Park) should be able to e.g. withstand a certain magnitude of earthquake? I tried to find more information but only came across generally worded B.C. government releases.
But that doesn’t mean the building will be habitable following a major seismic event, just that you’ll be able to safely vacate the structure. Generally speaking concrete buildings are well suited to certain seismic activity to begin with but the seismic wave, the soil/ground underneath and the depth of the quake all play a role on the impact on structures.
