Capital Park is a six acre redevelopment of a parking lot and underused buildings on a property bordered by Superior, Menzies and Michigan streets in Victoria's James Bay neighbourhood.
The full build-out includes 235,000 square feet of office space in two 4-to-5-storey buildings, 175 rental and condominium homes in four buildings of 3-to-5 floors and 17,500 square feet of commercial space fronting mostly onto Menzies Street.
The majority of Capital Park's office space will be occupied by by the Province of British Columbia on a long-term lease.
