Knows and cares but they have prices starting at $335 per sq/ft with parking. Downtown, concrete, and parking you are typically looking at $500 per sq/ft.
Price is a consideration for most buyers. Do you take 530 sq/ft downtown or 775 sq/ft in Esquimalt in a wood-frame?

Looks like a great building. The southern and eastern views from the upper floors of The Skyline must be awesome.

6th floor southern and eastern is sold out but there is a window in the lobby on the 6th floor and the view is very nice!
