My friend drove by after the mention of an excavator but only saw a small forklift and no other signs of work, like an office/first aid/toilets. Is it possible Blackcrete is pulling out? Tla have stopped communicating with their buyers and sales team and is mired in legal and financial troubles so it's hard to imagine they are getting back to work.

What's going on with this build now? I haven't driven by in a month, at that time it didn't seem like a lot of progress had been made since the photo from December.

It appears the developer has gone into receivership. Any thoughts on how this might affect project completion? According to the filings, the lender has been covering all project costs and payments to trades for the past 1.5 years. For more details, see BJK Holdings Ltd. v. Sterling Living Limited Partnership

Additionally, the developer is facing a $3.5 million lawsuit from former investors: Addy (815 & 825 Selkirk Ave.) Corp. v. The Reinvestors Group Ltd.
