To be be clear look at what has been approved or applied for in the last two years and not condo buildings that were started years ago.

So give me your percentage of high rise buildings applied or approved for Victoria that are rental as opposed to new condo approvals.

CMHC is not fully funding most of the rentals, as you say.

Who’s advising you that they are? I hope it’s not the same guy telling you Victoria’s population has ceased growing :)

Victoria population grew 1.5 percent last year, a decease from previous years. Canada's population is projected to be flat. So why dont you give me studies that project otherwise Mike.

CHMC funding is now supposedly at 95% of a project but there is some serious play in those numbers.
