2060 White Birch Road is a four-storey condominium proposal along the 2000-block of White Birch Road at the Town of Sidney's Marina Park Marina on Victoria's Saanich Peninsula.
Note: A project on the proposed development site was originally approved in 2008. In 2018, the Town of Sidney issued a new development permit for a two-building project. An updated 2022 proposal features a single building at the hands of a different architectural firm.

The issued DP has lapsed, and the developer is going through the DP process with what I understand is the exact same proposal. Last month Council carried a motion to move the application to the Advisory Design Panel for review.
