"To answer your question, we currently still own the property at dockside however given the current tourism industry and hospitality staffing situation it is on a pause well we decide how we would like to move forward."

I noticed they have been doing some maintenance work on this site the past week and that it was purchased back in September 2022.
I wonder who bought it and what is in store for this little parcel now that the Merridale project is done.
