Only two condominium residences remain for purchase at Esquimalt’s landmark Town Square development following a successful sales campaign for what became one of the most desirable homeownership offerings in Greater Victoria.

Comprised of four buildings, ETS includes an office block (known as The Mill) and a purpose-built rental apartment (called The Spruce; now fully leased) alongside The Douglas and The Arbutus condominiums.
Anchoring the commercial ground floor of The Mill is a new branch of the Greater Victoria Public Library, set to open this Spring.
