753-761 Station Avenue is a proposal to redevelop two parcels owned by the Royal Canadian Legion, Prince Edward Branch #91 along the 700-block of Station Avenue in the City of Langford on Victoria's West Shore into modern commercial and residential spaces.
As part of the redevelopment process, the existing legion and a surface parking lot will be redeveloped into a two-storey commercial building containing a legion and banquet facilities, along with accommodation facilities for Wounded Warriors. An adjacent six-storey seniors facility will be constructed on the surface parking lot.

Huh, so this is on the same side of the street as the Alexander Mackie Lodge, huh? So the two story building replaces the current Legion building and the 6-story building is where there's currently a large parking lot.
Who owns the properties on the other side of Station Ave here, which is essentially just a big disorganized parking area at the moment?
