Good to see. My ideal city is one where nearly all residents are within a 10 minute walk of a grocery store, so I'm always happy to see more and more smaller-scale grocery stores like Red Barn popping up as opposed to giants like Costco or the Superstore that encourage people to drive from one end of town to the other for their food.
Drove by the site a few days ago the old restaurant is gone so it looks like this one should start up soon; I mention it only because I just happened to scroll by one of those sponsored ads on my FB feed which sure enough is for this building - its nice looking! Wow. According to the ad it is being marketed as The Royale and in response to a poster question "The Royale" team responded that 1 bdrm units are starting at $449K. Did I mention its a good looking development.....?
