Can anyone make a guess at how long before move-in buyers can expect to be notified of move-in dates? We bought a unit in Olivia Residences. Our current landlord is hounding us for the date we plan to move out. :squint:

If you're not getting answers from the developer, hop down to the construction site and ask the workers when they expect the project to complete. You might get a better sense of your move-in window.

I heard July. We received our closing notice for Sophia exactly one month out from the completion date.

I hope we receive notice one month before completion. There are many things to organize. Thanks.
