Edit: I see by the address this is the project on the old island highway near helmcken that we have discuss elsewhere. Citified has it as rentals.

It is a condo development. I believe the same developer(s) as the Shire.

This project is now completed. At-present sales are at 55%.

Pics or the project isn't completed and sales aren't at 55%.

At times like this I long for the good ol' days, when Mike K. used to drive around in a little car snapping pictures of stuff.
