Walked by here the other day and unless I missed something, not one ground floor retail space has a tenant. It's a nice building and this neighbourhood will only get better but they're definitely taking a bit of a financial hit. Any idea whether the building sold out?

You are correct. One space, the big one along Government, had it's for lease signage removed some time ago but nothing has happened with the space as of yet.

It's kind of ridiculous, when is something finally going to go in there?
