The developer is fast-tracking the final two phases of this project for the total 91-home buildout due to rising demand. The response from purchasers and would-be buyers at the presentation centre is COVID has changed their plans, and some are deciding to retire faster to the west coast/Sooke, and others are no longer pursuing purchase plans in urban areas, or both.
