9837 Third Street is a proposal to build a six-storey, 85-unit condominium, retail and office building along the 9800-block of Third Street at Sidney Avenue in the Town of Sidney on Victoria's Saanich peninsula.
The 42,400 square foot development site is the location of Sidney's fire hall which will be relocated to a modern Community Safety Building currently under construction at the Mary Winspear Centre on Beacon Avenue at Highway 17.
