This project was approved by Esquimalt Council at their meeting on May 17th.

Reservations outweighed by the benefits. A large parcel of land in the centre of the transportation corridor. A short walk to most all amenities and, as the Mayor pointed out, on just about every bus route that passes through Esquimalt. The proposal also met all requirements defined in the CDP. Opposition came mostly from the relatively new townhouse development next door.
