Does SFH stand for Single Family Homes? It's hard to imagine that they can fit 7 houses in that spot. The view is great, of course, but paying upwards of $1 million for a small house seems a bit rich for me. Who can afford this stuff? Not me .

Anyways - I highly doubt these will be 1 mill +, as the lot sizes must be very small. 4000 sq ft? Most elsewhere in Cordova Bay, 1 mill will get you a 8000 sq ft lot. You're paying mostly for land, not the house.
Surprising that Jawl didn't buy that land up and develop it to complement his development across the street.
