10 family-oriented, low-to-moderate income two-storey townhomes are a secondary phase of Greater Victoria Rentel Society's Townley Place redevelopment in Saanich in Victoria's urban core.
The homes, situated beside Townley Place's Passivehaus building and built to a LEED® Gold standard, will be targeted at low-to-moderate income families.
An earlier proposal, rejected by Saanich council, envisioned 16 townhomes.
