By the way, does anyone know what the deal is re: the new house on the Ashgrove Street side of the seniors residence that strongly resembles the seniors residence in terms of the style and materials? Surely that isn't a coincidence? But if it isn't a coincidence then why did they do it? It seems a bit curious to me.
