I think it's a case of poor web presence. While the GVRDS website doesn't list Aranza as one of their completed building, their property management website does: http://www.realhomesdev.com/rhdc/home
Based on recent articles on housing in Sidney, it's been occupied since June.
You're totally right Jackerbie. Big difference though is this project is wood-frame where as the Azzurro is concrete.
Azzurro has balconies in a couple places, where the building steps back and in the top floor projection. But the rest of it is a box.
