Tallwood 1 is a 12-storey mass timber-designed rental tower with ground floor commercial space situated along the 2800-block of Peatt Road in Langford on Victoria's West Shore.
The building will rise as the Capital Region's first mass timber highrise and one of two residential towers at downtown Langford's District 56 multi-phased development.

They will need to improve Peatt Road, it's barely two lanes now in a lot of spots.
I think marketing went a little overboard with the wood theme for the drawings. There are no walls just gigantic sheets of glass showing an empty inside with interior posts like it is half finished. If you are able to look past that or look past that is has some sort of connection to Langford, it might be OK. We'll see.
