The Caledonia affordable housing project is comprised of a five-storey building, a four-storey building and three rows of 3.5-storey townhomes over nine properties between the 1200-blocks of Gladstone Avenue and Grant Street in the City of Victoria's Fernwood neighbourhood.
The development site is situated adjacent to Victoria High School's western field and running track.
