The Caledonia affordable housing project is comprised of two five-storey buildings, a four-storey building and two rows of townhomes over nine properties between the 1200-blocks of Gladstone Avenue and Grant Street in the City of Victoria's Fernwood neighbourhood.
The development site is situated adjacent to Victoria High School's western field and running track.

As long as the three larger buildings don't repeat the same design, should be good.
My bet is on exact same design, possibly variations in cladding and colour.

This project (under the existing townhouse complex address at 1211 Gladstone) went to Fernwood's CALUC on April 3, so I anticipate that we'll see an application (with renderings) soon...

Why do I find myself less-than-enthused about a low-rise, "affordable" housing project in Fernwood?
It's going to have to be pretty spectacular to out shine the Compost Education Centre after all.
