731 Station Avenue is a six-storey affordable rental complex for indigenous persons situated along Station Avenue in the City of Langford on Victoria's Wetshore.

A ground floor commercial component will front onto Station Avenue.

As part of this redevelopment effort, a collection of 17 affordable townhomes will be replaced with high density housing in the form of two rental buildings totalling 100-units among them.
