517 Comerford Street is a proposal to build micro-suites within a single-family-dwelling along the 500-block of Comerford Street in the Township of Esquimalt within Victoria's urban core.

As part of the proposal, a home will be relocated from 820 Dunsmuir Road to a vacant portion of 517 Comerford Street for the purposes of creating a multi-unit residential building, while retaining the Comerford Street home.
