Colour me surprised - not.
This looks like a great project for the neighborhood, with a good number of units, with a large chunk of those being 2- and 3-BRs, plus the other features. On the parking issue, the 8, 9, and 11 routes go by there on Gorge Rd, which I think slightly reduces the need for per-unit parking; perhaps a dedicated Modo space or two would be worthwhile additions.
As for the density and massing concerns, those are like the FREE space on a bingo card - they're always going to be used in objection.
