I agree with Rob's comments, but only in Victoria could a 32 unit rental building be considered "big".
As it stands now, it is the dominant building on that side of the block.
Side note: There is a plan for eliminating the north side RJH parking lots some day.

This only reinforces my "only in Victoria" theory.
At the neighbourhood CALUC meeting in mid-September Domo proposed 35 units and 100% of them at Market rates. Now it's been dropped to 32 units and 6 are proposed to be affordable... Still, I think this building will be a positive addition to the neighbourhood. In addition to ample parking it's near multiple transit routes and the building could attract tenants who work at RJH.

According to the applicant's letter to council the proposal is for 5 affordable units.
