1050 Yates Street is a proposal for a two-tower rental development fronting the 1000-block of Yates Street at Cook Street in downtown Victoria's Harris Green neighbourhood.
The project will complete the Johnson|Cook|Yates development, the first phase of which is an 11-storey mixed-use affordable rental tower along the 1000-block of Johnson Street that includes a No. 1 Victoria Fire Department fire hall in its ground floor.

Ground floor retail spaces will front Yates and Cook streets.
^Good luck getting Sparky to do something like that. It's hard enough getting him to take pictures of stuff. Sometimes you have to wait like 20 minutes.
Can’t you just put in a 120 storey underground keel?
Offer us a keeler deal and we'll think about it.
