1008 Pandora is a six-storey, 195-unit mixed-use purpose-built rental and ground floor commercial building on Pandora Avenue at Vancouver Street in the City of Victoria's North Park neighbourhood.
The building features a mix of studio/bachelor, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units on floors two-through-six along Pandora Avenue and Vancouver Street, and on floors one-through-four along Mason Street. 11-units will be rent subsidized as part of an affordable housing initiative.
