The building features a mix of studio/bachelor, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units on floors two-through-six along Pandora Avenue and Vancouver Street, and on floors one-through-four along Mason Street. 11-units will be rent subsidized as part of an affordable housing initiative.

Not crazy about that siding. The rendering suggested something less hokey. Is this going to become a thing now in Victoria? The residential portion of the James Bay project did something similar.

The horizontal "HardiePlank" - or whatever it is - does nothing to enhance the exterior. The board and batten siding used on the Mason Street side is better (but the horizontal is used there too).
