One of Victoria’s most anticipated condominium pre-sale campaigns is celebrating its public opening this weekend at downtown Victoria’s masterplanned Hudson District.
Developer Townline will formally unveil Hudson Place One, a collection of intelligently designed one, two and three-bedroom residences offering Victoria’s highest elevated views of the downtown core, the animated Inner Harbour, the Salish Sea and Washington State’s Olympic Mountain Range.

Rising to 25-storeys along the 700-block of Herald Street at the Victoria Public Market’s carriageway, Hudson Place One will stand as the Island’s tallest building upon completion in early 2020 and mark the most prominent development phase of the Hudson District.
The tower’s 176 luxury residences – priced from $374,900 – feature spa-inspired bathrooms, world-class kitchens and opulent finishings with smartly-designed living spaces that maximize utility while taking advantage of the views beyond.
