The McDonald’s restaurant at 980 Pandora Avenue will undergo a renovation and expansion later this year, according to documents filed with the City of Victoria.
The popular fast food eatery will remain open during the interior restoration process which will coincide with modifications to the building exterior, a move to modernize the restaurant in step with the chain’s latest design and branding specifications.
Patrons can expect a fully renovated interior with expanded seating accommodating upwards of 102 diners, up from the current 90, and the removal of three parking stalls from the northeast corner of the building that will provide room for a second drive-through ordering bay.
Work is expected to get underway this spring or summer with completion by the end of the year. C
