First-in-BC technology delivers new experience for homebuyers at James Bay's Capital Park Residences

Concert and Jawl Properties have taken a first-in-BC, state-of-the-art approach to the condominium buying experience at the newly-opened Capital Park Residences presentation centre in James Bay, one of the most highly-anticipated new condominium developments in Victoria.
The new technology, branded as Concert Virtual™, represents a modern take on the physical model of a real-estate project that is traditionally positioned as a showroom focal point. Powered by Epic3DX™ software, Concert Virtual™ allows homebuyers to experience the multi-acre, master-planned Capital Park community and its residential offerings through touchscreen kiosks.

Bordered by Superior, Menzies and Michigan streets – just one block from the British Columbia Legislature – Capital Park Residences is comprised of 106-homes throughout two buildings rising four and five storeys and seven townhomes in a third. All featuring concrete construction, the homes are within smaller-scale residences that complement the established James Bay neighbourhood while creating a more personal environment for day-to-day life.
