Chinese tea and bubble tea chain 'royaltea' is opening a Victoria location along the 1600-block of Douglas Street between Cormorant and Fisgard streets.

Known for its authentically-styled Chinese beverages infused with a variety of ingredients, royaltea's popularity in North America has soared as the 130 location-strong Chinese franchise embarks on a large-scale expansion across the United States and Canada.
