Developers of Vic West’s Victoria International Marina have unveiled artist’s renderings of a seaside amenity building coming soon to the luxury yacht landing.
Comprised of offices, concierge services, commercial space and private lounges for boat owners crew, the first of two buildings that will flank the marina elevates west coast architecture through the use of brilliant coastal wood features, floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings.
The amenity building is expected to open by the spring of next year on the northwest corner of the marina complex.

And opposite of the amenity building at the eastern edge of the berths, developer Community Marine Concepts plans will introduce a 180-seat restaurant dubbed Boom + Batten. The fine dining destination will offer unparalleled views of Victoria’s Inner Harbour – and beyond – from a unique perch along the Songhees Walkway.
The marina’s 28 slips will accommodate vessels between 65 and 180 feet in length, with approximately one-third of berths available on 40-year lease terms.
The marina began construction last year and is expected to be completed by next spring. This month BC Hydro crews are working to install the marina’s electrical system that will power even the largest docked vessels, thereby negating the need for generators.
Victoria International Marina is situated along the northern shore of the Inner Harbour at the base of Cooperage Place in Vic West's Songhees neighbourhood. C
