New-build townhomes in Langford’s ‘lake district’ are on-track for summer occupancy as award-winning Abstract Developments readies for the sales launch of Willow + Glen, the company’s highly anticipated first-ever West Shore project that is setting a new standard for Victoria’s suburban townhome market.

Abstract spared no details in staging its recently opened display home at Willow + Glen showcasing the lengths to which the company’s designers went in creating functional and practical family-sized layouts in spacious three and four-bedroom floorplans, where space is maximized and utility is top-of-mind.

For residents relying on transit services, Willow + Glen benefits from a transit mainline connecting downtown Victoria in the AM rush hours and back again from Victoria in the PM, with all-day service to nearby Langford Exchange where multiple transit lines converge.

A walking trail into Happy Valley’s picturesque landscapes on the Galloping Goose is at Willow + Glen’s doorstep, while Colwood Creek Park is a family-friendly green space just minutes away, as is Fischer Trail, leading to a small lake west of Glen Lake.
