The two-storey proposal for 6105 Patricia Bay Highway, if approved, will replace a single-storey structure most recently used for an expansion of the Bakerview Family Dental Centre at 6111 Patricia Bay Highway.
The family-run dental business opened in 1974 along the northbound lanes of Highway 17 and several years ago expanded into an adjacent building at 6105 Patricia Bay Highway with chiropractic, massage and dental services. Bakerview will continue operating from its current location at 6111 Patricia Bay Highway.
The new building will include nearly 3,000 square feet of office space and parking to the rear. Designed by Langford-based Java Designs, the architecture will feature an angled roof and a variety of exterior materials that include hardieplank and metallic siding.
Saanich-based Lida Homes is a developer of custom single-family-dwellings and multi-family townhome projects. C
