Bayview Place is situated in Victoria's Victoria West neighbourhood bound by Esquimalt, Tyee and Kimta roads, and Catherine Street. The first phase, an 11-storey luxury condo, was completed in 2009 followed by the 21-storey Promontory tower as the second phase in 2014.

Bayview Place includes four distinct districts: Lime Bay, Roundhouse Marketplace, Saghalie, and Tyee. The first four phases - Bayview One, Promontory, Encore, a seniors residence and a low-rise residential building, are situated in the Saghalie District.

Full build-out of Bayview Place will include multiple highrise towers, a restoration of the historic E&N Railroad locomotive roundhouse and a substantial commercial component.
