1050 Yates Street is a proposal for a two-tower rental development fronting the 1000-block of Yates Street at Cook Street in downtown Victoria's Harris Green neighbourhood.
The project will complete the Johnson|Cook|Yates development, the first phase of which is an 11-storey mixed-use affordable rental tower along the 1000-block of Johnson Street that includes a No. 1 Victoria Fire Department fire hall in its ground floor.

Ground floor retail spaces will front Yates and Cook streets.

Chard Development is excited to welcome public input on the programming and design of the 250m2 Public Plaza that will be created as part of the proposed development at 1050 Yates Street in Victoria.
The Public Plaza will front Yates Street and will follow the design guidelines and policies established by the City of Victoria. Please join us to provide your thoughts and feedback on the programming and draft design options.
