Johnson|Cook|Yates is a multi-phased, mixed-use redevelopment of multiple properties between the 1000-blocks of Johnson and Yates streets at Cook Street in downtown Victoria's Harris Green neighbourhood.

The project's first phase, an 11-storey affordable rental complex fronting onto Johnson Street, will incorporate a new City of Victoria No. 1 firehall on its ground level and an emergency services communications centre.
