Langford’s #MyBelmont community on the former Belmont Secondary School lands adjacent to the Galloping Goose Regional Trail is gearing up for the launch of its second phase of affordable condominiums.
 
Belmont Residences East, an 85-suite, five-storey project by Ledcor Property Investments will launch this spring while the nearly sold-out Belmont Residences West, which marked the first phase of #MyBelmont’s residential offerings, readies for April occupancy.
