1.6-kilometres of Langford's Westshore Parkway will open this morning at 10AM between the Westhills community along Langford Lake and the start of Sooke Road's four lane 'Sookihalla" portion.
Underway since 2016, the $22.5 million project will eventually connect the Trans Canada Highway to Sooke Road via Langford's Kettle Creek Station and Westshills developments.
The final portion of the roadway, expected to open this October, will span between Langford Parkway (at Westhills) and the Trans Canada Highway. C
