The second sales release of condominium residences at Langford’s award-winning #MyBelmont Master Plan Community is scheduled for a grand opening event on September 18th.



 

Earlier this year developer Ledcor Property Investments wrapped up a successful first phase of sales at its upcoming 85-suite Belmont Residences East condominium project set to rise adjacent to the sold-out, newly completed Belmont Residences West complex that welcomed homeowners last spring.



 

With a fall sales launch now in effect offering nearly half of available suites from the mid-to-high $300,000s, Marcela Corzo, Belmont Residences’ Director of Development, says the Langford project’s market-leading price points position Belmont Residences East as a top pre-sale choice as West Shore condominiums draw high volumes of interest.

Belmont Residences East’s new sales release will be conducted in a COVID-19-safe environment and includes limited-time incentives for purchasers like introductory pricing, a choice of two electric bicycles to take advantage of the project’s proximity to the Galloping Goose Regional Trail, or a gratis upgrade to in-suite air conditioning.



 

Visitors to the presentation centre who schedule a tour with the sales steam will also be entered into a draw for an electric bicycle.

 

Individuals who are unable to visit the presentation centre on September 18th will have the opportunity to tune in to a live virtual event at 1PM through #MyBelmont’s Instagram and Facebook pages.
