Rising to 25-storeys with 183-units and ground and second floor commercial space, the tallest tower at Focus Equities' Roundhouse and Bayview Place developments is planned for 210 Kimta Road between Sitkum Road and Catherine Street in Vic West's Songhees neighbourhood.
Rising to approximately 80 meters tall, the tower will stand as Victoria's and Vancouver Island's second tallest building.

Bayview One is not outrageous at 44 cents a foot but the units are large so the absolute amounts end up being large sums. Sovereign is 62 cents a foot. That is what happens when you only have 36 units but two passenger elevators, car elevator, etc.
Bayview One is really well run in my opinion but they do make some really poor decisions like every other strata corporation. Recently, they restricted rentals to a one year minimum which will further supress re-sale value and almost impossible to enforce.
They tried a smiliar thing at the Promontory but we managed to vote it down.
I saw an excavator digging here yesterday on my way home. I wonder if it was for full out front of Encore tower or is something happening on tower 4?
There is a very large depression that filled with water during the recent rain. They might have been trying to deal with that.
Surveyors were there a few days ago.
Mariash needs to learn from his mistakes and go back to being Bosa’s b**ch like he did with the Promontory & Encore. Bosa knows how to design a building, market it, and price it according to the market and what will sell.
I hope this project does make it off the ground in the future, but with the current market slow down and a flood of pre-sale inventory I just don’t think that the right time is now...
In the meantime you should decide if you want to remain a participant here or find somewhere else to write such garbage.
Slated for the Songhees neighbourhood in Vic West, Bayview's upcoming tower will feature over 180-units and mark the first phase of Bayview's Roundhouse component.
Rising to 26-storeys, the next phase of Focus Equities' Bayview Place and Roundhouse developments has been unveiled.
A planned 26-storey, 207-unit condominium tower at Vic West's Bayview Place development will usher in a new tallest building for Victoria. But the title may be short lived.
