Looks great. Marko, do you know how many houses this 12-plex replaced? Many thoroughfares could really benefit from complexes like this, particularly where small condo buildings may not fit (or more likely, are opposed).

Recent heavy rains have caused flooding in six units. This part of Shelbourne has a known history of flooding but the units' sump pumps were unable to deal with the water.
