Turner Building is a proposal to redevelop the landmark Turner Building at 2002-2010 Richmond Road and adjacent parcels on Birch Street and Pembroke Street into a mixed-use residential and retail development along the 2000-block of Richmond Road in the City of Victoria's Jubilee neighbourhood.

By the way, does anyone know what the deal is re: the new house on the Ashgrove Street side of the seniors residence that strongly resembles the seniors residence in terms of the style and materials? Surely that isn't a coincidence? But if it isn't a coincidence then why did they do it? It seems a bit curious to me.
