Address:
The Anglican Diocese of British Columbia is planning to redevelop the southwest corner of the St. Peter & St. Paul's Anglican Church property along the 1300-block of Esquimalt Road in the Township of Esquimalt.
The project will include a ministry centre on the ground floor of a five-storey affordable housing complex for independent seniors. Currently on the site of the proposed building is a surface parking lot and a ministry centre that will removed.
As part of the redevelopment effort, the new building will physically connect with the historic St. Peter & St. Paul's Church which celebrated its sesquicentennial in 2016.
This proposal was cancelled despite receiving municipal approvals.

The building's ground floor will include a ministry centre for church functions and as a usable community space for private events.
