760 Tolmie Avenue is a proposal for 700-block of Tolmie Avenue at Oak Street through to Roderick Street to build a three-tower, mixed-use residential and commercial development with a Great Canadian Superstore anchoring the project. The site is on the Saanich side of the Saanich-Victoria border, in Victoria's urban core.

Apparently there will be seven townhouse units as part of this development. Wouldn't it be funny if downtown-style townhouses end up working out on the Douglas Street strip even though we've officially unofficially decided downtown-style townhouses don't work in downtown Victoria?
