Crews have excavated the underground parking component of The Generations, a 46 unit rental development with ground floor commercial space at Wallace Drive and East Saanich Road in Central Saanich. Citified.ca.
A mixed-use rental and ground floor commercial development has broken ground in Central Saanich at the intersection of Wallace Drive and East Saanich Road.
The five storey, 46 unit woodframe building at 7878 East Saanich Road, dubbed The Generations, is comprised of one and two bedroom homes and includes a mix of underground and surface parking spaces.
A ground floor commercial component includes just over 1,500 square feet of space fronting onto both streets.
Construction is expected to be completed by early 2017. C
