State-of-the-art presentation centre for Capital Park Residences scheduled to close
MIKE KOZAKOWSKI, CITIFIED.CA
The presentation centre for one of Victoria’s most sought-after pre-sale purchase opportunities, Capital Park Residences, is set to close its doors on Thursday, November 14th, marking the final opportunity to tour the fully-furnished display suite for this premium development located just steps from the Inner Harbour.

Comprised of 106 up-market condominiums and seven street-oriented townhomes in Victoria’s James Bay neighbourhood, Capital Park Residences is the final phase of the mixed-use office, retail and residential community known as Capital Park – a multi-acre undertaking by development partners Concert and Jawl Properties – that has transformed an underutilized land parcel in the Legislative Precinct into an environmentally-leading hub anchored by a Red Barn Market grocery store, Good Earth Coffeehouse and a branch of the Greater Victoria Public Library.

Situated at 665 Douglas Street just off Belleville Street, Capital Park Residences’ unique showroom made headlines last fall with the introduction of a first-in-BC, state-of-the-art approach to the condominium buying experience.

Utilizing a technology branded as Concert Virtual™, the presentation centre introduced to Victoria a modern take on the physical model of a real-estate project traditionally positioned as a showroom focal point. Concert Virtual™ software allows homebuyers to experience the expansive master-plan Capital Park community and its condominium offerings through touchscreen kiosks.

Enabling purchasers to better visualize their future homes and views from within the Michigan Street community was well received in Victoria and provided Capital Park Residences with a unique edge among the region’s pre-sale offerings.

Next week’s permanent closure of the presentation centre will also coincide with a construction milestone that has the all-concrete project nearing the fourth and final level of its western-most building, one of three structures now rising along the 500-block of Michigan Street at Menzies Street a block from the British Columbia Parliament. With construction well underway, occupancy is targeted for the spring of 2021.

Individuals wishing to connect with the project’s sales team to learn more about suite availability and the Capital Park community are encouraged to visit the presentation centre at 665 Douglas Street, open noon-to-5PM daily (except Fridays) through November 14th, or call 250-383-3722. C
