A six storey, 195 unit rental and ground floor commercial development at Pandora Avenue and Vancouver Street got the nod from the City of Victoria's Planning and Land Use Committee on June 25th. The project will proceed to a public hearing later this summer.
Bluesky Properties, a division of Bosa Properties, hopes to secure approvals for the nearly 190,000 square foot mixed-use rental and commercial development, yet unnamed and referred to as 1008 Pandora Avenue, proposed on the former St. Andrew's Elementary School property in the City of Victoria's North Park neighbourhood.
1008 Pandora will include a mix of bachelor, one bedroom and two bedroom rental units sized between 453 and 952 square feet, and a grocery store as an anchor tenant of approximately 50,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
If approvals are secured this summer, construction could begin by the end of this year. C
