Six two and three-storey two and three-bedroom townhomes are situated on floors two and three in the four-storey building fronting Parry Street, and on floors three-through-five on the five-storey building at the rear of the property.
are those entrances to individual units? Not sure what's going on there. The dark cladding on the upper stories and "green" roof looks awesome

RFS: The door on the right is the common access to the upper floor units. Two doors on the left are street level front doors to the two units directly above them.
I kinda liked the '70s style bulletnose elements. But the rough concrete is a good alternative. This is not polished marble town, sonny.
Not really thrilled with losing a nice 1908 house when there are so many empty lots and dilapidated eyesores everywhere but so be it. It's a good fit between the two existing buildings.

I am sure many will disagree, but that doesn't necessarily mean I am wrong. ;) I am mostly concerned with that concrete cave/children's play area/driveway combo.
It looks like both an accident and a tagging opportunity waiting to happen.
