Six two and three-storey two and three-bedroom townhomes are situated on floors two and three in the four-storey building fronting Parry Street, and on floors three-through-five on the five-storey building at the rear of the property.
I cant put my finger on why exactly, but i just don't love the ground floor
Agreed. From the pedestrian perspective the street level doesn't seem very appealing. I also don't see all that exposed concrete aging very well. Maybe it just reminds me too much of mid-20th century Brutalist housing projects.
Man that ground floor is ugly. Looks like the entrance to a city parkade.
Oh no! Another one approved for PPPdev, nothing personal at all, I appreciate your sharing and discussing here, but your company’s projects create pedestrian dead zones and just won’t age well at all. Can you guys/gals come up with a new signature look - please! Think of the children... ;)
They look better than most Abstract projects.
